Welcome to the Bell Tent Village at Underground Fayre 2027. Your very own festival base, without the hassle of putting up a tent.
Choose from our pre-pitched bell tents for two, four or six people. They’ll be ready and waiting when you arrive, so you can unpack, settle in and get straight into the good stuff.
Bringing your own camping gear? Perfect. Fancy travelling a little lighter? Select a furnished package, complete with mattresses, bedding, seating and a few handy extras.
Either way, we’ll take care of the tent. You take care of enjoying the weekend.

A few things worth knowing before you make yourself at home.
DO I NEED A FESTIVAL TICKET?
Yes. Festival admission is not included in the tipi accommodation price. Everyone staying in the Tipi Village will need a valid Underground Fayre festival ticket purchased separately.
DO THE BELL TENTS COME FURNISHED?
If you would like a furnished bell tent, please select the furnished option on checkout. The unfurnished option includes a ground sheet only.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE FURNISHING PACKAGES?
Depending on your bell tent size, packages include double-size mattresses, bed linen, camping chairs, seat cushions, tables, a hanging rail, ceiling lighting, a power bank and mirrors. View the full furnishing packages for exact quantities and prices.
CAN WE STAY WITH FEWER PEOPLE THAN THE BELL TENT CAPACITY?
Bell tents are priced per tent rather than per person. Our two, four and six-person options indicate maximum occupancy. Please check the final booking conditions for any occupancy requirements.
WHEN CAN WE ARRIVE AND WHEN DO WE NEED TO LEAVE?
Arrival, check-in and departure arrangements will be confirmed ahead of the festival.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CAMPING EQUIPMENT?
Absolutely. If you choose not to add a furnishing package, bring your own mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows and other camping essentials. Your bell tent will already be erected when you arrive.
