BE PART OF OUR TEAM

We’re at the very start of an exciting journey and we’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic people who want to become a core part of our festival team.

During our formative years, these will initially be volunteer roles, helping us build the foundations of the festival and create the team and culture we want around the event.

Our hope is that, as the festival grows and becomes established, the people who have been part of that journey can grow with us. Roles may develop, responsibilities can increase and, where the festival’s growth allows, there may be opportunities for some volunteer positions to evolve into paid roles within the organisation.

There are opportunities to get involved across all areas of the event, including logistics, site art and decoration, stage management, artist liaison, concession and trader management, site infrastructure, social media management, marketing and general event operations.

You don’t necessarily need previous festival or event experience. We’re equally interested in people with practical skills, creativity, organisational ability, fresh ideas and, above all, enthusiasm and commitment.

This is an opportunity to experience the festival from behind the scenes, work alongside an experienced event team and help shape something new from its very beginning.
