Underground Fayre is committed to making the festival as accessible and inclusive as possible. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the experience safely, comfortably and with the support they need.
If you have any access requirements, please get in touch with our Accessibility Team in advance so we can help make suitable arrangements.
ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES
We provide a range of accessibility provisions across the festival site, including:
- Blue Badge parking close to the entrance
- Accessible camping area with level ground and nearby facilities
- Accessible toilets located throughout the site
- Dedicated viewing areas at selected stages where available
- Assistance from our trained stewards and welfare team
- Charging points for battery powered mobility or other support devices
- Specialist dietary information on our food traders
Please note that the festival takes place on natural terrain, which may include uneven ground and grass surfaces.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT / CARER TICKETS
We offer a complimentary Personal Assistant/Carer ticket for customers who would be unable to attend the festival without additional support.
To apply, you must first purchase your own festival ticket, then submit an application with supporting documentation.
Once approved, your Personal Assistant/Carer will receive a free ticket matching your own.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- A Personal Assistant/Carer ticket is intended for those who would otherwise be unable to attend or access the festival independently
- It is not an additional free ticket based solely on disability
- Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times
ACCEPTED SUPPORTING EVIDENCE
To apply for a complimentary Personal Assistant/Carer ticket, please provide one of the following:
- PIP (showing daily living or mobility component)
- DLA
- Attendance Allowance
- Armed Forces Independence Payment
- Access Card
- Certificate of Visual Impairment
- A letter from a medical professional confirming your need for support
- Other relevant disability benefit or official documentation
We do not require detailed medical information, only evidence of your access needs.
