TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket for Underground Fayre, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase, except where required by law or where the event is cancelled.
2. The right of admission is reserved. Underground Fayre reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose behaviour may affect the safety or enjoyment of others.
3. Tickets may only be used by the person legitimately entitled to use them. Tickets obtained through unauthorised resale, touting or fraudulent means may be cancelled without refund.
4. Lost, damaged or deleted tickets may not be replaced where ownership cannot reasonably be verified.
5. Underground Fayre takes place outdoors and will operate in most weather conditions. Ticket holders are responsible for arriving suitably prepared for the conditions.
6. Management reserves the right to alter the event programme, performance times, stages, attractions or other advertised entertainment where necessary.
7. Artists may be added, withdrawn or substituted without prior notice. Changes to the advertised line-up do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
8. In circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, safety concerns or other events which prevent the festival operating as planned, Underground Fayre reserves the right to curtail, postpone, relocate or cancel all or part of the event.

ENTRY & WRISTBANDS

9. Festival gates open from 9am each day.
10. Admission and re-admission to the festival closes at 7pm each day. Please ensure you arrive before this time.
11. Thursday early arrival is only available to customers who have purchased the appropriate Thursday arrival ticket or add-on.
12. Tickets must be presented and successfully scanned on arrival. Wristbands must be worn for the duration of the festival and must not be removed, transferred or tampered with.
13. Ticket holders may be subject to security searches on entry or while on the festival site. Refusal to cooperate with a reasonable search may result in refusal of admission or removal from the event.
14. Vehicles entering the festival site may also be subject to search and must follow the directions of festival traffic and security teams.

CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE

15. All children and young people aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over.
16. Parents and guardians remain responsible for children in their care throughout the festival.
17. Child and youth tickets must correspond with the holder’s age at the time of the festival. Proof of age may be requested.
18. Children and young people staying overnight must camp with their parent, guardian or responsible accompanying adult.

ALCOHOL & CASHLESS PAYMENTS

19. Underground Fayre operates a Challenge 25 policy. Anyone who appears under 25 may be asked to provide acceptable photographic identification when purchasing alcohol.
20. Supplying alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
21. Underground Fayre is a cashless festival. Bars, food traders, merchandise outlets and other festival-operated points of sale will accept approved cashless payment methods only.

CAMPING

22. Camping is only permitted for customers holding the appropriate festival and camping ticket.
23. Campers must use the camping area appropriate to their ticket or allocation, including General Camping, Family Camping, Rebel Camping or any reserved camping areas.
24. Family Camping is intended for families with children and, as a result, campers should expect earlier morning activity and noise.
25. Reserved camping pitches are subject to availability and allocation. Where a specific pitch or space has been selected, customers must remain within their allocated area.
26. Tents, gazebos and camping equipment must be erected responsibly and must not obstruct emergency routes, fire lanes or neighbouring pitches.

CAMPERVANS & CARAVANS

27. Campervans and caravans require the appropriate vehicle pass purchased in advance.
28. A festival admission ticket does not automatically include a campervan, caravan or parking pass.
29. Vehicles must be parked or positioned as directed by festival staff.
30. Sleeping in vehicles within the general public car park is prohibited.
31. Cars are not permitted to remain within campervan or caravan areas unless specifically authorised by the festival.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items must not be brought onto the festival site:

• Glass bottles or containers
• Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs or explosives
• Chinese or sky lanterns
• Weapons or items reasonably considered capable of being used as weapons
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Unauthorised sound systems
• Personal generators
• Petrol, diesel or other fuel containers unless specifically authorised
• Drones
• Laser pens
• Air horns
• Unauthorised fires, firepits or braziers
• Disposable BBQs
• Goods intended for unauthorised sale or trading
• Animals, other than recognised assistance animals

Prohibited items may be confiscated. Where appropriate, individuals may be refused admission, removed from the festival or reported to the police.

BEHAVIOUR & SAFETY

32. Anti-social, threatening, discriminatory, abusive or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.
33. Anyone found selling illegal substances, undertaking unauthorised trading or presenting a danger to themselves or others may be removed from the festival without refund.
34. Ticket holders must comply with reasonable instructions given by festival management, security, stewards, medical personnel and other authorised festival staff.
35. Camping chairs and other personal equipment must not obstruct pedestrian routes, emergency access or busy areas and may be moved where necessary for safety reasons.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

36. Underground Fayre accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, tents, camping equipment or vehicles, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
37. Ticket holders are responsible for securing their own possessions and should avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to the festival.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

38. Photography, filming and audio recording will take place throughout Underground Fayre.
39. By entering the festival, attendees acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in photographs, video or audio recordings captured for legitimate promotional, archival or editorial purposes relating to Underground Fayre.
40. Professional photography, filming, recording or broadcasting for commercial purposes requires prior written permission from Underground Fayre.

ACCESSIBILITY

41. Accessible facilities and companion or carer tickets are subject to the festival’s Accessibility Policy.
42. Complimentary companion or carer tickets are subject to eligibility, supporting evidence where requested, availability and approval by Underground Fayre.
43. Accessible camping and viewing areas are reserved for customers requiring those facilities and their approved companion or carer.

GENERAL

44. Underground Fayre reserves the right to amend these terms where reasonably necessary for operational, safety, licensing or legal reasons.
45. Purchasing or using a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Ticket Terms & Conditions and any additional reasonable site rules communicated before or during the festival.
46. Nothing within these terms affects a customer’s statutory rights.
47. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

PLEASE COME PREPARED

Underground Fayre is an outdoor festival. British weather can be unpredictable, ground conditions may become wet, muddy or uneven, and customers should bring appropriate clothing, footwear and camping equipment.
